| 1. Written by rmh on January 29, 2011 These people have charged me numerous times even after cancelling a membership I have never signed up for. I talked (yelled at) to lady on the phone today, who of course couldn't speak english, and she was nice enough to tell me that since I am cancelling between their billing cycles, I will only be charged half as much next time then my account will be cancelled. This company is a scam, they need to be reported to the BBB and hopefully we can start a class action lawsuit against them. If any of their employees read this...."I hope your company burns to the ground and your leadership can rot in ***" |
